200 | g | Washed and cleaned raspberry save 12 for garnish |
25 | g | Icing sugar |
60 | g | Butter |
8 | bullets | Carte d'or vanilla (200 g/400 ml) |
8 | Small meringues |

To prepare the Cheesecake with raspberries and meringues recipe, please follow these instructions:
how to do it
1. Blend cookies / biscuits into a food processor until they become raspberries.
2. Melt the butter in a small pan or in a microwave oven. Mix the crushed biscuits / biscuits with the melted butter and squeeze the mixture into a spring shape (20 cm). Let it cool off.
3. Crush the meringues.
4. Pour Carte d'Or Vanilla into a large bowl, mash with the back of a spoon, pour the ricotta and vanilla extract, and then the crushed meringue and the raspberries. Mix the ingredients and favor the mixture on the chilled cake with the back of a spoon.
5. Put in the freezer for 40 minutes.
6. Take the cake out of the spring shape and cut 6 pieces. Portion-oriented on plates.
7. Serve with raspberry coulis and decorate with whole raspberries.
