Ingredients for Cheesecake III
Grated zest and juice of one lemon | ||
0.5 | dl | Wheat flour |
0.5 | dl | Sugar |
1 | tsp | Cinnamon |
1.5 | dl | Whipped cream |
2 | Eggs | |
350 | g | Wholemeal biscuits |
400 | g | Cottage cheese |
75 | g | Melted butter |
Instructions for Cheesecake III
To prepare the Cheesecake III recipe, please follow these instructions:
Bottom: Crush crackers fine with a rolling pin between 2 pieces of wax paper. Mix this bread crumbs with sugar, cinnamon and melted butter. Pressure 2/3 of this mixture out into an even layer of the form + 4-5 cm up from the edge.
Filling: Whisk all the ingredients together with a hand mixer or a blender.
Pour the filling into the mould, sprinkle rest of crumbs over.
Turn on the oven at 175 degrees c. alm. oven
Set the cake on oven grate in the middle of the oven.
Baking approx. 1 hour. Turn off the oven.
The cake must now stand 1 hour with oven door open. Set the cake in the refrigerator. Take it out of the mold just before serving. Usually served plain, but can be served with pickled cherries or blackcurrants.
