Instructions for Cheesecake American Dream
To prepare the Cheesecake American Dream recipe, please follow these instructions:
The biscuits are blended or made into flour by other means.
The melted butter is mixed in.
Put a piece of baking paper on the bottom of a spring shape and squeeze the ring down.
Cut out excess paper from the outside.
The mixture of biscuits is distributed on the bottom and the spring mold is put to the boil.
Stir ricotta, mascarpone and sugar to a uniform mass of approx. 5 minutes.
Add the eggs one at a time while stirring.
Turn lemon peel and the flaked blueberry in the pulp.
The oven is switched on 160 gr.
Pour the curd in the cooled spring form and bake the cake for 60 minutes.
Serve it hot or cold.
Sprinkle with flour before serving.
Ornaments. Also with crushed candied violets or dust of freeze-dried raspberries.
