To prepare the Cheese Snack recipe, please follow these instructions:
Roll the batter up to approx. ½ thickness. Do not butter a thin layer of blue cheese over the dough. Roll it all to a roulade of approx. 5 cm. In diameter. Cut the roulade into slices of approx. 1 cm's thickness. Put them on a plate and behind them approx. 5 min at 200 degrees. Served for drinks.
