Ingredients for Cheese-Chocolate Cake
150 | g | Wholemeal biscuits |
2 | Eggs | |
200 | g | Toms plate dark |
2½ | dl | Whipped cream |
250 | g | Cream cheese (plain) |
50 | g | Melted butter/margarine |
50 | g | Sugar |
Instructions for Cheese-Chocolate Cake
To prepare the Cheese-Chocolate Cake recipe, please follow these instructions:
Crush the biscuits into fine rasp. Mix sugar and butter in. Then come in a spring form and put in a refrigerator for at least 5 hours.
Melt chocolate over water bath. Whip cream cheese with egg yolks and sugar until it is completely even. Stir the slightly chilled chocolate in.
Whip the cream and turn the half in. Finally, turn the pinch egg whites in. Combine the chocolate pan on top of the biscuit base and place it in a refrigerator.
Sprinkle the rest of the whipped cream and decorate with grated chocolate.
