½tspDijon mustard
1Lemon or lime in both
1small glassLight caviar or lumpfish ROE
1headSalad
1tspSalt
150gShrimp
dlSour cream 18%
50gMayonnaise
500gCauliflower head

To prepare the Cauliflower with shrimp and roast beef recipe, please follow these instructions:

Clean the cauliflower head. Cut a cone-shaped cut into the cauliflower's stick. Place the cauliflower head in a bowl with the head upwards. Add ½ dl of water. Tire with lid or microwave film. Microwave at 900 W microwaves for 7 min. Followed by 5 min. infusion time. Notice if the cabbage is tender and then cool for cooling.

Sauce: · Stir all ingredients well and then refrigerate.

Serving: · Wash the salad head and dry the leaves well. · Place the salad leaves on a round serving dish. · Load the cauliflower head. · Spread the sauce over and decorate with prawns, caviar, lemon boats and dill or watercress. Served as breakfast or dessert with crisp flute.
