Instructions for Carrot soup raw
To prepare the Carrot soup raw recipe, please follow these instructions:
1 kg carrots and 1-2 cm ginger juices.
The juice is blended with 1-2 avocados, 1-3 cloves of garlic, the juice from 1 / 2-1 lime fruit (ripe if the color is over in the yellowish) and 1/2 cm fresh red chili without kernels.
Season with pepper, tamari, and other spices if desired. The cumin is nice, garam masala as well. A red pepper can be blended with a more intense color.
Filling is cut into the lard and may be cucumbers, tomatoes, peppers, sprouts, parsley, coriander, mushrooms, anything.
On top of the soup, sprinkle whole bowls, sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds, green herbs or anything else as desired.
