Melt the butter in a pan, then add the onion and carrots and simmer until it is very tender. It have to thin water down up with chicken broth and blend. Just before serving, add orange juice. It must be able to be tasted, but not be dominant. In last-minute met Orange and cream into the soup as a season with salt and pepper.
