Instructions for Carrot foccacia
To prepare the Carrot foccacia recipe, please follow these instructions:
The yeast is stirred in the water.
Salt, oil, durum wheat, grahamsmel and grated carrot are stirred in.
The flour is kneaded for a little while, until the dough does not stick.
The dough raises for an hour.
The dough was kneaded through and shaped into 10 flat bowls.
With the fingers, four small depressions are made in the balls.
The balls are covered and raised for 20 minutes.
Sprinkle the balls with oil and sprinkle with rosemary.
Bake at 200 degrees ordinary oven for about 15 minutes.
