Instructions for Caramel with top marks

To prepare the Caramel with top marks recipe, please follow these instructions:

- The butter is melted with low heat.
- Add sugar, whipped cream, syrup and vanilla sugar and simmer for approx. 30 min. Under constant stirring.
- The longer the mass boils, the harder the finished caramels become.
- Pour the caramel mass into a small greased ovenproof dish or the like and let it cool completely.
- Cut out small squares and pack them into wrapping paper with foil and cellophane paper, or in a bowl of flour. (-;
