Ingredients for Calzone with Parma ham and mozzarella

100 | g | Parma ham |
1½ | dl | Water |
125 | g | Whole mozzarella |
2 | tsp | Dried oregano |
25 | g | Yeast |
250 | g | Pizzamel or wheat flour |
70 | g | Tomato puree |
Instructions for Calzone with Parma ham and mozzarella
To prepare the Calzone with Parma ham and mozzarella recipe, please follow these instructions:
Dough:
Dissolve the yeast in the lukewarm water and add salt, oil and flour. Bring the dough well and set it up for a slight spot for approx. 20 min. Roll out the dough on a messy table. Form it to a round pizza and place it on a baking sheet coated with baking paper.
Filling:
Stir tomato puree with crushed garlic and oil and serve it on one half of the pizza base. Cut the ham into strips and mozzarella in slices. Distribute the filling on the tomato puree. Sprinkle with oregano, salt and pepper. Fold the pizza together in the middle and close it well. Brush the outside with spicy egg and sprinkle with a little oregano and salt.
Behind the calzone at 225 degrees for approx. 20 min.
