Instructions for Calves with vegetables
To prepare the Calves with vegetables recipe, please follow these instructions:
Turn the meat strips into flour. Brush them in oil in a deep pan / wok. Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
Cut the onions in rings, cut the carrots into 5 cm long thin strips. Bring the vegetables to the meat and add the broth. Cook it all for a few minutes under the lid.
