2 | tbsp | Raspberry vinegar |
3 | tbsp | Oil |
4 | tbsp | Wheat flour |
450 | g | Calves kidneys diced |
Instructions for Calves with cranberries
To prepare the Calves with cranberries recipe, please follow these instructions:
Preheat the oven to 200 degrees. Turn the kidneys into flour. Heat the oil in a saucepan and sweat the kidneys for 5 minutes. Stir occasionally. Mix the cranberries in. Sprinkle vinegar on. Boil for approx. 2 minutes. Season with salt and pepper. Pour broth into the pan. Bring a boil. Place it in a dish and back in the oven for 10 minutes. Serve with rice.
