Potatoes are put in a frying dish and baked in an oven at 180 degrees for approx. 40 min with a little oil and rosemary. The veal meat is spiced and roasted approx. 2-3 minutes on each side. Take off the forehead and keep warm. In the same pan, sauté onion and squash until golden. Add tomato, cut into the tern immediately before serving. Season with some salt and pepper.
