The potatoes are cut into the tern and roasted at low heat for approx. 15 min. Or until they are crisp and tender. Season with salt and pepper. The steaks are roasted on both sides approx. 3-4 min. Seasoned. Taken off the forehead. The steaks are kept warm. In the same pan comes broth, cranberries and cream. Boil and smooth. Season with salt and pepper. Server with boiled broccoli.
