Ingredients for Cake pops with orange

100 | g | Icing sugar |
150 | g | Melted butter |

2 | tsp | Vanilla sugar |
200 | g | Wheat flour |
250 | g | Sugar |

4 | tbsp | Cocoa |
40 | g | Soft butter |
400 | g | Dark chocolate |
Instructions for Cake pops with orange
To prepare the Cake pops with orange recipe, please follow these instructions:
DEJ: Whip egg and sugar frothy.
Stir orange peel in the pulp.
Add melted butter and vanilla sugar.
Sieve flour, cocoa and baking soda in the dough.
Add milk.
Pour the dough into a spring mold covered with baking paper.
Bake the cake on the bottom groove of 160 degrees of ordinary oven for 50-55 minutes.
NOTE: The cake must NOT have a hard crust, so leave it. A piece of silver paper over it after the cake has baked for 30 minutes.
Put the finished cake completely to cool.
SMÖRCREME: Beat butter, milk, flour, cocoa and vanilla sugar together into a creamy cream.
Crumble the cooled cake into the butter cream.
Gather the mixture with your hands to the consistency of a rumbug
Vibrate balls of 3-4 cm and place them on a plate.
CROSS AND PINE: Melt a little of the chocolate, deep tip of the wood spikes into and plug one into each sphere. (The melted chocolate will act as glue.)
Put them in the fridge for 30 minutes.
Melt the rest of the chocolate.
Turn the balls into the chocolate and sprinkle the cream on top before the chocolate solidifies.
Pour sugar into cups or small bowls and place the wooden slices in them with the balls upward. (The sugar makes sure they do not topple.)
