Instructions for Buttermilk horn (without yeast)
To prepare the Buttermilk horn (without yeast) recipe, please follow these instructions:
Ingredients kneaded together into a uniform dough that is divided into two spheres, sitting on a cold place, preferably in a refrigerator, a couple of hours. The fat must not be softened but have its normal texture.
Each ball rolled out in circular shape, ca. 30 cm. in diameter and is split into 8 triangles, this is done by dividing the circle into 2, then 4 and finally in 8 parts.
At the wide end of each dejstykke placed a TSP. fill and roll the dough then up to horn from the wide toward the narrow end. Spread with egg white and sprinkled with chopped almonds and tesukker.
Bake in the oven at 200 degrees C in the Middle slot ca. 20 minutes. The oven must have the right temperature from the start.
If you want to decorate with the glaze be omitted the almonds and tesukker. Glaseringen shall be carried out when the horns are customize cooled.
