2 | dl | Oatmeal |
2 | dl | Oat bran or wheat bran |
2 | dl | Sifting |
2 | tbsp | Syrup |
3 | dl | Sour cream 9% |
3 | dl | Spelt-term or whole grain |
4 | dl | Lukewarm water |
50 | g | Yeast |
6 | tbsp | Oil |
Instructions for Burger Buns-Sandwich Buns-Fiber Muffins
To prepare the Burger Buns-Sandwich Buns-Fiber Muffins recipe, please follow these instructions:
Crumble the yeast and stir it in lukewarm water.
Add cremefraishe, oil, salt, syrup, cardamom, stir this well together.
Add oatmeal, almonds, oat bran, sifting and stir it well.
Now add the wheat flour on slum until you have a good batter, not too fast.
Let dough raise uncovered 1 hour. Form 30 buns and push them a little flat. Let them raise about 30 on the plate.
Brush the buns with egg and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
Behind them ca. 15-20 minutes at about 220 degrees.
Put a dishtowel over the hot buns, so will be the Nice soft.
Tips:
If you want, you can easily replace the tonsils, sifting flour, spelt or wheat flour, with extra either. These buns will be incredibly easy. Our big boys are totally wild with them.
