25 | g | Yeast |
275 | g | Wheat flour |

50 | g | Cold butter |

Instructions for Brunsviger 02
To prepare the Brunsviger 02 recipe, please follow these instructions:
Milk and butter crumble. Yeast and salt dissolve in the milk pour into the flour and stir to a proper linden dough. The remoncene is stirred together. Dough out into two small greased pans. The remoncen is laid in patches here and there. Everything is put in the fridge.
When it is to be remedied, remove it from the refrigerator and place it for 1/2 to 1 hour. Bake the cakes at 200 degrees C for approx. 13 min.
tips:
It is called cold lifting when making a dough with cold liquid and afterwards it sets cold instead of coarse. Then take the lift for longer and then fit the dough into the evening and place it in the refrigerator overnight. Take it out and style it like the next morning, then it can be baked after 1/2 to 1 hour.
