Ingredients for Brown Vier

1 | tbsp | Syrup, dark |
100 | g | Brown sugar |
100 | g | Margarine |
2 | dl | Whole milk |
30 | g | Yeast |
30 | g | Sugar |
300 | g | Wheat flour |
Instructions for Brown Vier
To prepare the Brown Vier recipe, please follow these instructions:
The dough is kneaded and allowed to rise for 20 minutes.
Then it forms into a ball that rests a few mins.
Then roll the dough and put in a greased pan of about 23x33 cm.
Eel the margarine soft and add dark powder sugar as well as dark syrup and it all stir well together.
Sprinkle the prawns and sprinkle with currants and finally sprinkle a little more dark powder sugar over the cake. Set for adherence for 15-20 minutes in a warm place.
Bake for approx. 12 minutes at 190 degrees C. alm. oven.
