100 | g | Yeast |
100 | g | Margarine |
100 | g | Sugar |
2 | tbsp | Syrup, dark |
5 | dl | Water |
500 | g | Brown sugar |
800 | g | Wheat flour |

To prepare the Brown stinging at ½ hour recipe, please follow these instructions:
Dough: Stir the yeast in the lukewarm water, add sugar, flour and melted cooled margarine. Knead lightly to everything is assembled and is distributed evenly in a large roasting pan. Pressure deep holes in the dough (to the sugar mass) the dough is pretty soft!
Sugar bunch: Margarine is melted in a pan and stirred together with sugar, syrup, milk and cinnamon. The sugar mass is distributed evenly over the dough warm.
Set in a cold oven-turn on at 200 degrees c. alm. oven and bake for 20 minutes.
Raises very, remember a big roasting pan 33x38 cm. or so.
