Instructions for Brown opbagt sauce
To prepare the Brown opbagt sauce recipe, please follow these instructions:
Sauté the onion in melted butter, stir in the flour, and add the liquid during whipping. To be tasted and cooked through, approximately five minutes.
Add colour and flavour the sauce with salt and pepper.
Tips:
The liquid can be cooking water from potatoes or vegetables or tap water, in this case, add the sauce a bouillon cube or two.
Boiling water from the meat, soup/broth needs no dice.
Milk can constitute about half of the liquid.
