To prepare the Bread with chilli and cheese recipe, please follow these instructions:
Dissolve yeast in the lukewarm water.
Bring all the ingredients in, except the flour, mix well together.
Add the flour gradually, knead thoroughly for 5 minutes.
Sprinkle the dough with a little flour and allow it to rise for approx. 40 minutes.
Turn the air out of the dough and knead for approx. 1 minute.
Divide the dough into 2 pieces rolled out in irregular elongated triangles for approx. 1 1/2 cm. thickness.
Cut 5-6 long slices into the dough and pull them out to see the openings.
Let the bread add after about 20 minutes.
Bake for 15-20 minutes at 200 ° C hot air.
