1.5 | dl | Plain yogurt |
125 | g | Durummel |
25 | g | Yeast |
325 | g | Wheat flour (possibly more) |
50 | g | Melted butter |

To prepare the Bread with Apple, Orange and pine nuts recipe, please follow these instructions:
Rinse the Apple. Remove the stem and core. Grate the Apple on the coarse side of the tear the iron. Mix the yoghurt with the melted butter. Stir the yeast in it. Add the pine nuts, grapefruit juice, grated Apple, durummel, salt and most of the wheat flour. Knead the dough glossy and supple. Let dough raise lunt, covered in a bowl in an hour's time. Set the oven at 200 degrees. Take the dough up. Knead it through, if desired with a little more flour. RIDs the bread. Brush it with egg. Bake the bread in the oven for 40 minutes it is golden and baked through.
