Ingredients for Brazilian kyllingeret

Olive oil
Pepper
Salt
1.5tbspPaprika edelsuss
2tbspWheat flour
2Onion
3Peppers (like in each color)
5dlCream (can be replaced with milk)
5dlChicken stock
5cloveGarlic
500gMushrooms
500gCarrots
700gCooked chicken meat

Instructions for Brazilian kyllingeret

To prepare the Brazilian kyllingeret recipe, please follow these instructions:

Chicken meat strimles. Carrots and peppers cleaned and cut into strips. Mushrooms, cleaned and cut into slices, and onion cut into cubes.

Sauté the onion and garlic. Carrots are added and "cooked" for approx. 3 minutes. Peppers and mushrooms, add and fry with in 5 minutes of time.

Flour and paprika sprinkled over, chicken stock and cream are added, and the whole thing. Simmer for about 10 minutes.

Season with salt and pepper. Add the chicken meat and warm it through.

Serve with rice.

Tips:
Boiling the chicken: the chicken laid over in plenty of water, add salt and let it cook up, creamed off of.
Chicken småkoget in ca. 60 minutes and taken up and rypper of. Fund (the soup) are stored.

This can be done the day before.
