100 | g | Finely chopped Brazil nuts |
125 | g | Icing sugar |
200 | g | Butter or margarine |
250 | g | Wheat flour |
4 | tsp | Vanila |
75 | g | Soft nougat |
Instructions for Brazil nut-dreams
To prepare the Brazil nut-dreams recipe, please follow these instructions:
Food processor can be used with advantage: Hook the nuts well. Stir butter and flour with the nuts and add the rest of the ingredients and stir / knead it all together.
If you have a casserole spray, the dough can be used immediately without refrigerating. Use the flat plate with the elongated, tapped hole and push long rods onto the baking tray, which is then cut for 2 cm. Pieces that are distributed on the baking sheet.
Bake v. 180 g. For approx. 7 min.
tips:
If you do not have a casserole, the dough can be rolled into small balls, which are lightly squeezed or rolled into thumbs of bars that are lightly pressed and cut for 3 cm. Pieces per cake. (After the dough has lasted ½ hour in the fridge).
