To prepare the Braised pork chop with sauerkraut recipe, please follow these instructions:
The shank is put together with gates, broth, coarse carrot carrot, bay leaf, pepper corn and coarse-cut onion. Boil under lid for approx. 45 min.
The shank is taken up and placed in a refractory dish together with the other ingredients that it was boiled with. Put the potatoes over boiling. The skinn is cooked in an oven at 180 degrees for approx. 40-45 min. The finely chopped carrot and finely chopped onion are heated together with the sauerkraut in the pot. The shank is taken out and the waist is sieved from. The boil is boiled through, leveled and tasted.
