1000 | g | Potatoes new |
2 | dl | Boil water from hamburger back |
3 | tbsp | Wheat flour |
3 | tbsp | Butter |
3 | dl | Whole milk |
800 | g | Hams, raw |
800 | g | Cabbage, fresh |
Instructions for Boiled cabbage with hams
To prepare the Boiled cabbage with hams recipe, please follow these instructions:
Hamburger back out in a small saucepan. Be covered with water. Let the water boil up to the skimmer.
Add the spices. Turn down the heat and put a lid on. Boil at low heat for 20 minutes.
Take the Pan from the heat and let the meat rest in the water for 30 minutes.
Halve the cabbage lengthwise and share it so for about 8 and boil them in salted water for 5 minutes and drain in a sieve let the cabbage.
Melt the butter and stir it together with the flour. Baby with milk and boil water. Let the gravy boil thoroughly.
Turn the cabbage in. Season to taste with salt, pepper and grated nutmeg. Server with new boiled potatoes.
