Instructions for Boeuf en daube
To prepare the Boeuf en daube recipe, please follow these instructions:
Mix all ingredients for the marinade. Onion cut into coarse cubes, carrots cut into slices and celery cut fine. Cut the meat into 2 cm cubes and joined them in a bowl. Pour the marinade over. Let it soak overnight.
