Instructions for Blueberry pie II
To prepare the Blueberry pie II recipe, please follow these instructions:
Sugar and butter are stirred until it is white. Eggs and cream are then stirred in.
The flour is added gradually, until the dough is light and smooth. Pour the dough for about 1 hour.
Grease a tart dish, roll out the dough and cover the mold so that some of the dough hangs over the edge.
The blueberries are sprinkled with sugar and mixed with potato flour.
Distribute the filling on the dough bottom and the dough flakes bow over the pie. Bake in preheated oven at 200 degrees C. alm. Oven for about 30 minutes.
Served with whipped cream and a good cup of strong freshly brewed coffee
