150 | g | Sugar |
2 | tsp | Baking soda |
200 | g | Blueberries, fresh |
250 | g | Wheat flour |
8 | tbsp | Sunflower oil |
Instructions for Blueberry muffins I
To prepare the Blueberry muffins I recipe, please follow these instructions:
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees (hot air 160 degrees).
Put the blueberries in a sieve and let them drip well (drink the juice or save it - it should not be used in the recipe).
Whip the egg into a stirrup. Add sugar, vanilla sugar, oil and buttermilk and stir well. Mix flour and baking soda and mix it in the dough bit by bit. Finally, drop the dripped blueberries carefully into the dough.
Put paper baking in the recesses in a muffin plate. If you do not have any muffin plate, put 2 molds just inside each other and place on a baking sheet. Fill the dough into baking molds, behind them in the middle of the oven for 20-25 minutes. Turn off the oven and let the freshly baked muffin rest for a moment. Take them out of the shapes. Eat them hot or cooled.
