Ingredients for Blueberry muffins

1 | tbsp | Wheat flour |
170 | g | Margarine |
2 | dl | Milk |
2.5 | tsp | Baking soda |
2.5 | dl | Blueberries, fresh |
225 | g | Sugar |
Instructions for Blueberry muffins
To prepare the Blueberry muffins recipe, please follow these instructions:
Mix margarine and sugar in a bowl of creamy texture. Add milk, eggs and mix well. Add the flour, baking powder and salt. Mix the dough well. Mix blåbærene with 1 tbsp. flour in a bowl. Pour them into the dough and flip them gently.
Pour the dough into small round muffin molds, only 3/4 filled up, as they will raise.
Bake at 200 degrees c. alm. oven for about 20 minutes or until golden.
Tips:
VARIATION: Blåbærene can be switched out with URf.eks. Cherry, chocolate, nuts ... for taste can also be used vanilla and cinnamon.
