Instructions for Bisquitbund
To prepare the Bisquitbund recipe, please follow these instructions:
The eggs are divided into plums and whites. The egg yolks are whipped with sugar to a white, airy mass. The flour is sifted in and turned into the dough. Taste if With pea orange peel or cocoa. The egg whites are whipped stiff and turned gently into the dough.
The oven is preheated to 250 degrees.
The dough is poured into a greased, sugar-dried form or spread into a layer of 1-2 cm. Thickness in the desired size and shape on a piece of baking paper. Turn down to 125 degrees when you insert the bottom. Bake for approx. 20 min.
Turn the bottom when it is finished and pull the paper off. The bottom can last for 1 week in an airtight container.
