Salmon:
Clean the salmon free of bone and put it in a greased refractory dish, add salt and pepper and cover with a good layer of blue birch bake in the oven at 180 degrees C for approx. 20 min.
Safran cream:
Sprinkle the cream to the cream and turn the cream of the cream gently into. Taste with salt and pepper and saffron.
