14 | dl | Wheat flour |
2 | Apples-grated on small iron | |
2 | Eggs | |
2 | dl | Milk |
2 | dl | Rye flour |
2 | tbsp | Syrup |
3 | dl | Oat bran or wheat bran |
4 | dl | Lukewarm water |
50 | g | Yeast |
6 | tbsp | Oil-canola or sunflower |

To prepare the Big buns with rye flour-Wheat Sandwich buns recipe, please follow these instructions:
Crumble the yeast and stir it in lukewarm water.
Add milk, oil, salt, eggs, grated squash and Apple. Stir this well together.
Add the oat bran, rye flour and stir this well together.
Now add the flour little by little until you have a not for real dough.
Let dough raise 1 hour uncovered.
Form approximately 30 large buns, push them a little flat, so they are good for packed lunches.
Let them after raise at the plate in about 30 mins.
Brush them with egg.
Bake at 220 degrees for about 15 minutes.
Also tastes good warm with nice cold butter.
Tips:
Peel the apples and squasen if your kids are a bit funny as mine, so it can not be seen. On the way, I have even gotten listed a little extra vegetables/fruit in. You can also add grated carrots, it probably helps not to skrælde them to cheat the kids.
