1.5 | dl | Jam or fruit pulp |
25 | g | Yeast |
300 | g | Wheat flour |
50 | g | Butter or margarine |
Instructions for Berliners II
To prepare the Berliners II recipe, please follow these instructions:
Mix flour, sugar and cardamom. Smulder fatty substance contained therein. Add the beaten egg. Stir the yeast into it easily lunede milk and knead the dough in. Roll the dough out on to a plate of approx. 1 cm. thickness and stick-out round "cakes" with a form or a glass.
Advantage a little jam over half of dejcirklerne and fold the other half over here. Pinch the edges together well. Let them stand and with a cloth over raises for about 20 mins.
Warm the fat in a pan. 180 degrees c. Boil the swollen buns approx. 5 min. per team. Take the dough balls with a slotted spoon and let them drain on fat sucking paper. Roll them in the sugar.
