1 | dl | Orange juice, freshly squeezed |
1 | tray | Mangold-salad |
1-2 | medium-sized | Red onion |
2 | tbsp | Hønning pickled mustard grains |
2 | Red grapefruit | |
400 | g | Beetroot |
Instructions for Beetroot Salad (Low Fat)
To prepare the Beetroot Salad (Low Fat) recipe, please follow these instructions:
Wash the beans thoroughly and cook them for about 10 minutes in leachate water before peeling off. Cut the beetroots in quarters and put them in a marinade of mustard and orange juice until they are completely cold. Season with salt and pepper.
Cut the onions into narrow boats and peel the grapefruit. Half grapefruit and cut them into slices. Bring red onions and grapefruit into the red-bed salad and sprinkle with mango-lettuce leaves.
Served with good bread.
