optionalA little white wine 1-2 dl (as needed)

Butter or oil for pan frying
1000gBeef Tenderloin
250gGorgonzola cheese (as needed)
5dlCream coffee cream can also be used
500gMushrooms, preferably fresh

To prepare the Beef Tenderloin w/gorgonzola boiled mushrooms. recipe, please follow these instructions:

Brown beef tenderloin on all sides in a pan. season with salt and pepper. The loin is taken by and put in a smurgt baking dish. Cut the mushrooms into the appropriate size and put them at the roast, add cream. Advantage gorgonzolaen around the roast and on mushrooms. The dish is put into the preheated oven at 180 gr and FRY for about 20-30 min. depending on thickness and how Red you want it to be. the roast is taken up and placed in foil and must rest for about 15 minutes While the roast is resting, then add the mushrooms and væden up in a bowl which is then filtered rough so there is still a bit of gorgonzolaen back on them. Pour the mushrooms at the roast after it has been skrået out and ready for serving. The rest of the cream/væden can be made into a delicious gorgonzola sauce by adding a little flour and possibly. more gorgonzola, cream/milk and salt and pepper to taste. As an accessory can be used e.g. røsti potatoes with or without pieces of gorgonzola on (see the URevt.min recipe: potatoes with gorgonzola, under Accessories), salad or oven-baked vegetables.

Tips:
You can also use a different kind of roast beef instead of beef tenderloin, roast beef or couvette for instance. Follow the instructions on the package and roast just add the ingredients in the same way as described above.
