Instructions for Beef stroganoff (Bålmad)
To prepare the Beef stroganoff (Bålmad) recipe, please follow these instructions:
The onions cut into small cubes and Brown in the pan. The meat cut into strips, approximately 1 cm. thick, Brown along with the mushrooms into slices, spices and tomato puree. Water is added to the cover and the right småkoger for about 45 minutes.
