1Small hk. red onion
1dlBeef broth
1tspMustard
2dl18% sour cream
2tbspGrape cucumber, diced
2tbspMinced parsley
2-3Thyme sprigs

Instructions for Beef marinated steak

To prepare the Beef marinated steak recipe, please follow these instructions:

Place the steaks in a marinade of beer, broth and thyme for at least 1 hour.
Stir cream, mustard, red onions, capers, gravy and parsley together and season the sauce with salt and pepper.
The sauce only gets better by pulling, so you like it in good time. Dip the steaks dry and season with salt and pepper. Grill them 2-3 min. On each side depending on the thickness and how red it should be.
Serve the tartare sauce to the steaks together with salad and new potatoes.
