100 | g | Finely chopped peanuts (unsalted) |
2 | can | Coconut milk |
2-3 | tbsp | Cane sugar |
400 | g | Beef into strips, e.g. of inner thighs |
5 | Lime leaves |

Cut the beef into strips - if it is an ovarian thigh, cook it in 1 can of coconut milk for approx. 15 minutes or until it is tender. Pour the coconut from the beef and throw it out.
Bring 1 can of fresh coconut milk into your wok and warm it up with stirring. Bring the curry paste and pour it into the coconut milk and slowly boil it with stirring.
Then bring beef and lime leaves. Add the peanuts and taste with cane sugar and salt.
In the last minute stir chili and chopped basil in.
Serve with leached rice.
