Instructions for Beef in dish (DROP)
To prepare the Beef in dish (DROP) recipe, please follow these instructions:
Mashed potatoes: Peel the potatoes into smaller pieces
Boil them in a pot for about 20 minutes
Pour the water and season with an electric whip, add milk and butter and season with salt and pepper.
Kødsovs: Let the butter golden in a thickened pot and add the peppers. Let the bell pepper off. Put onion and meat in the butter and add peeled tomatoes and ketchup, spring onions, carrots, garlic, and mix, salt and pepper. Let the sauce simmer under low approx. 10 min. Season with salt and pepper
Pour the sauce into a deeply greased ovenproof dish and put the mashed potatoes over as low. Place the dish in the middle of the oven approx. 25 min. At 200 degrees.
