To prepare the Beef Chuck steak with mushrooms in roaster recipe, please follow these instructions:

Svitset on the forehead, whole roast potatoes, carrots, sliced, placed in the bottom of the roaster, 2 dl. water and cream are added, along with a little port wine. The roast is added on top and along with pages added mushrooms. Put it all in an oven at 200 degrees, and FRY for about 2 to 2 1/4 hour. The sauce can be smoothed over as needed.

Tips:
There may also be added sherry or red wine, however, max 1 glass, as it will quickly give too much flavor.
