3 | Bananas, sliced | |
3 | dl | Whipped cream |

To prepare the Banotee Pie (Cold Banana Cake with Caramel) recipe, please follow these instructions:
Crush biscuits and mix with butter.
Squeeze the mass into the bottom and slightly up the sides in a 25cm pie dish. It will become the bottom of the pie. Put it on the fridge for 1 hour.
Distribute the caramel cream (Dulce de Leche) beyond the bottom. Divide a banana in a layer over the cream. Whip the cream of foam and spread it over the pie, preferably with a little waves, to give a "rustic" look.
