300 | g | Wheat flour |
50 | g | Cane sugar |
75 | g | Hazelnuts |
Instructions for Bananmuffins with caramel and hazelnuts
To prepare the Bananmuffins with caramel and hazelnuts recipe, please follow these instructions:
Syrup, water, margarine and sugar melt at medium heat in a saucepan until the sugar is completely melted. Bring to the boil and let it småsimre in 5-6 minutes, and cool it off. Mash the two bananas, and eggs and mix them with the chopped hazelnuts in a bowl.
The cooled caramel mass in and mix well. Then added flour and baking powder a little at a time. The entire place in lubricated muffinforme and bake approximately in the middle of a 200 degrees c. alm. oven for approximately 25-30 minutes.
Tips:
Muffins'erne can either glaseres with lemon glaze, caramel glaze or whatever you think fits best.
