Instructions for Banankage with the whole banana in
To prepare the Banankage with the whole banana in recipe, please follow these instructions:
Turn the oven on 175 degrees hot air (200 degrees without hot air)
Thoroughly butter a 1-liter foil / baking mold.
Use a piece of kitchen roll and a small lump of butter, which is lubricated thoroughly on the sides and the bottom, or for the shape of baking paper
Melt the butter in a small pot at low heat.
Mash bananas.
Chop the chocolate roughly on a cutting board with a knife. Mix flour, baking soda and chocolate in a bowl
Whip egg, sugar and vanilla sugar with an electric whip, in a large bowl until it is light yellow and foaming.

Benefit the dough in baking / foil form which holds about 1 liter.
Behind in the oven approx. 40-50 minutes until the cake is brown on top and lightly fastened by a pressure, plug a fork in and see if you are doughing. If yes, give it a little more.

tips:
You can get a banana in the middle of the cake as follows: put two long peaks through each end of the bananas to form a cross. It keeps the bananas up when they are put in the mold. Pour first half of the dough into the bananas and finally dough again
