To prepare the Banana Chocolate Muffins 02 recipe, please follow these instructions:
Whip the eggs white and foaming with the sugar. Mash the banana and turn them into the eggshell with a dough scraper. Chop the chocolate and put it in.
Mix flour and baking soda, sift it and turn it all together well.
Distribute the dough into small muffin molds and leave them at 200 degrees C for approx. 20 minutes.
