Instructions for Banana/chocolate cake
To prepare the Banana/chocolate cake recipe, please follow these instructions:
Turn the oven on 180 degrees and butter a springform (22 cm) or a right roasting pan with butter.
Beat the butter and sugar creamy and beat one of the eggs in at a time.
Arrow bananas and mash them with a fork. Stir them into batter along with vanilla sugar.
Sift flour and baking soda together and flip it in the batter along with sour cream or yogurt.
Pour the dough into the mold and bake the cake in the middle of the oven for 45-60 my.
Let the cake rest in form 10 min. before it moved over on a rack for cooling.
Glaze: Chop chocolate coarsely and melt it together with butter, milk and cocoa over low heat.
Pour it into a bowl and whisk in the powdered sugar.
