Ingredients for Banana buns with muesli
1 | tbsp | Honey |
150 | g | Oatmeal |
2 | Ripe bananas | |
2 | dl | Raisins |
2 | tsp | Salt |
2.5 | dl | Ymer or a38 |
2.5 | dl | Buttermilk |
50 | g | Yeast |
50 | g | Cereal flakes |
550 | g | Wheat flour |
75 | g | Walnut kernels |
Instructions for Banana buns with muesli
To prepare the Banana buns with muesli recipe, please follow these instructions:
Pour the buttermilk into a bowl and dissolve the yeast in it.
Add honey and salt.
Mash the bananas and stir them together with A38 or Ymer and combine the dough with oatmeal, cornflakes, raisins and coarse walnut kernels.
Knead the flour for a little while until the dough is continuous but still slightly glued. Quiet the dough for raising a warm place about 1 hour.
Dip a large tablespoon into water and use it to bump into buns. Use an extra spoon to put the balls on the plate. Let the balls rise and cover for about 30 minutes.
Brushing: water or milk
Bagetid: Keep the balls in the middle of the oven for about 15 minutes. At 220c (hot air 200c)
