1½ | dl | Chopped pineapple |
2 | tbsp | Lemon juice |
2 | dl | Whipped cream |
3 | tbsp | Sugar |
50 | g | Dark chocolate |
Instructions for Banan and ananasis
To prepare the Banan and ananasis recipe, please follow these instructions:
Whip the cream stiff and mix the sugar into the mash banana and stir in the whipped cream with chopped pineapple and lemon juice. Place the ice in the refrigerator until it is slightly soft. Stir the cream / fruit mixture together with the ice and fill it in an edge shape. Freeze the ice for at least 4 hours. Before serving dip the mold for a moment into warm water and turn the ice cream on a dish. Melt the chocolate and pour it over the ice in a thin beam and decorate with fresh berries.
